What is UBFirst?

UBFirst is the UB Foundation Information and Reporting System.

This system allows account holders to inquire into their accounts and do any of the following tasks:

• Get account balances
• Lookup Transactions
• View scanned documents from disbursements and adjusting entries
• Lookup encumbrances on accounts
• Run reports, such as the Account Activity Report

All UBFirst information is generated through UB InfoSource and is refreshed daily. Additional UBFirst reports will be designed to respond to the needs of others within the university. We desire to eliminate distribution of paper reports for those who can secure this information through UBFirst.
