Account Activity Report

Account Activity Report Prompt Window.

• Account Activity Reports can be run for either single accounts, or for a range of accounts. If you choose to run the report for a range of accounts, an Account Activity Report will be generated for each account in the range that you have access to.
• If you would like to run one for every account you have access to, you may use 000000000 - 999999999 for your account range.
• If you do not know the account number of the account you are looking for, click on the ( ) to look it up. Below shows the lookup screen, which is similar to the Account Lookup screen for the Account Summary.
• Expense dates determine the individual transactions which are used in creating the report.
• Encumbrances will only appear on the report if the expense ending date is on or after the current date.
• This report can also be run by selecting a stored list. This will run the report for all accounts that you have access to in the stored list.
