Open Encumbrance Summary Window

Pictured above is the window of detail available by double clicking on the Open Encumbrances quadrant.

• Each one of the seven lines of encumbraces can be double clicked for more detail. When you double click them, a new window will open up containing the individual encumbrances in that category.
• The Total Amount column holds to sum of the encumbrances for the particular category.
• The Applied Amount is the amount of encumbrances paid to up to the day before (All data on Infosource is one day old).
• The Open Amount is the total of the outstanding value for the encumbrance.
