Expense Lookup Screen

Expense Transaction Lookup Window

The Expense Transaction Lookup is available by clicking on the Transaction button that is on the button bar.

From this lookup screen, you can do a search for transactions by the vendor name, or by the assigned disbursement request number. When you click on OK you will get a list of all transactions, from the accounts you have access to, which meet the criteria you entered.

This screen is useful if you know of a transaction that came through UBF, but do not know which account it is in. Also you can jump right to individual transactions without having to lookup the account first.|

Expense and Revenue transactions are currently available for lookup. Payroll, for those with payroll access, will be up and coming.
