Lookup Screen

Account Number

• Type in the account number you wish to retrieve information on.
• You can either enter a full account number, or the first few digits. This will give you a list of accounts starting with the digits you entered.
• The window above shows the account number lookup.

Account Name

• Lookup accounts by their name.
• Enter any part of the account name, minimum of 3 characters.
• Choose from the result list the account you were looking for.

Entity

• Lookup accounts by university entity.

All Accounts

• Shows you all the accounts that you have access to. From this list you can choose one account to lookup by double clicking on it.

** Throughout UBFirst, you will only be able to use accounts that you have access to.
