Office Supplies

The state has a contract for office supplies with Staples Business Advanatage. UB Foundation accountholders can use this contract to make purchases and have them charged to their UB Foundation account. An individual must first establish an account with Staples by contacting Nancy Barletta at State Pruchasing. Once a userid and password are received, ordering from Staples can be accomplished online at www.stapleslink.com. When an order is placed online, there will be a place to enter the UB Foundation account number prior to completing the order.

A central, consolidated bill for purchases charged to UB Foundation accounts is received and processed monthly. Charges are posted to the accounts indicated on the bill. The charges will appear on UBFirst and the appropriate backup will be available online for departments to review. If there are any discrepancies in the charges posted to an account, the department should contact Staples to resolve the discrepancy.
