Meetings
The following is required for meetings (including luncheon meetings).
- Date of meeting.
- Location of meeting.
- A brief description of the business purpose of the meeting.
- A
list of the individuals in attendance and their company or organization
affiliation and title are required. If the expense covers a large
number of people who are members of a readily identifiable group (i.e.,
faculty of a particular department, seminar participants), it is
sufficient to designate the class of people.
- Original receipts to support the charges. In addition, a copy of meeting announcements and/or agendas should be submitted.
