Expenditures

The expenditure of funds in support of university initiatives is a vital service provided by affiliates of the University at Buffalo Foundation, Inc.

These transactions are guided by many policies, most imposed by federal or state governing authorities, some imposed by donors and appropriate stewardship standards, and some judged to be good practice by university officials or other external sources.

To facilitate the processing of these transactions, certain standard forms are provided but not necessarily always required.
