Board of TrusteesThe Board of Trustees of the University at Buffalo Foundation, Inc. (UBF) is the University at Buffalo’s (UB) preeminent body charged with the stewardship of the university’s privately held assets in the service of strengthening the university’s teaching, research, and public service mission and accomplishments. Elected by the State University of New York Board of Trustees at the recommendation of the UBF board, trustees serve up to 2 consecutive 3-year terms. Trustees represent the University at Buffalo and the University at Buffalo Foundation to the general public and fulfill general duties of care, loyalty and obedience.
