Charge:

• Develop and recommend a real property acquisition policy.
• Review, and report annually, rate of return on investment in real property, both individually and collectively.
• Review and report annually current real property holdings of UBF, including operating statements.
• Review and recommend operating standards for all real property.
• Review appropriate reserves for capital expenditures.
  
• Recommend acquisition or sale of real property in concert with the Finance Committee.
• Oversee a real estate gift acquisition program.
