Getting Started with UBFirst

1. You must have a valid UBITName. If you need to have a valid UBITName created, visit http://ubit.buffalo.edu/ubitname/.
2. If you have a valid UBITName, but need access to individual UBF accounts, Contact the UB Foundation
3. The Citrix Web Plugin must be installed:

   Note: When you first login you may be prompted for security access for the application. Choose Full Access, and Never Ask Me Again For This Application
4. An Online User Guide is available with details on how to use UB First.
