UB Foundation Information and Reporting System (UBFirst)

This system allows users to inquire into accounts and do the following tasks:

• Get account balances
• Run reports
• View scanned documents for disbursements and adjusting entries
• Lookup transactions
• Lookup encumbrances

Reports currently available through UBFirst include:

• Account Activity Report
• Budget Status Detail Report
• Budget Status Summary Report
• Payroll Detail Report

All UBFirst information is available on UB InfoSource and is refreshed daily. Additional UBFirst reports are being designed to respond to user needs.
